We also access your accounts and photos on Facebook, Instagram and Google Photos, when decided by you, in order to download the desired photos. We keep uploaded photos and created photo projects for a period of 6 months or when you write to us in order to remove any information specific to you from our systems. Note that we must keep your information until an order has been delivered.
We will only collect personal information that is necessary to fulfill the following purposes:

- To open and manage an account;
- To fulfill your orders;
- To meet regulatory requirements;
- Other legal reasons applicable to the goods and services requested.

It is possible to delete your data once your order has been sent or an abandoned photo project by writing to the following email address: info@designly.ca with the email subject "Please delete data to 'enter your email address' ". We will confirm that it has been completed within the next 48 hours.
