As these are subject to individual customization, the sale of personalized photo products is considered final.

However, at Designly, your satisfaction is important to us.

So in the event that an order is received damaged or has an apparent quality problem, your order may be replaced free of charge.

You have 30 days, from the date of receipt, to contact us via email (info@designly.ca) with your questions and requests regarding a defective product. Please attach several photos of the product(s) concerned. 

You may not have to return the damaged product to us for a refund, replacement or credit. We will notify you.

Replacement of your order due to quality issues is at Designly's discretion.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse the purchase price, including shipping and handling, using the original method of payment within 5 days.
